Summary:
After a pretty insipring victory last week, CheckMeOut crashed back to Earth with a 3-player effort beating them.
CheckMeOut struggled to beat a particular player to get into their attacking zone, but when they did, seemed to lack any ability to score, even with Davis back in the side for a fill-in game. To their credit, CheckMeOut kept at it, and some great ball movement found Sos all alone on the far side and he buried a goal past the keeper to give CheckMeOut a 1-0 lead going into halftime.
After the half time break, CheckMeOut conceded an early goal, but drew level after a perfectly placed Davis free kick found the bottom corner of the goal, putting CheckMeOut back up 2-1, however with Davis off, Pacos Locos buried home 3 unanswered goals and took the 2 points from the team.
CheckMeOut look to collect themselves next week with Butler back as they face relative unknowns in Better Emerald.
Three Stars:
3rd Star: M. Templer - Places a lot of pressure on all areas for Pacos Locos and unlucky not to walk away with a goal. Picks up an assist on Sos' marker.
2nd Star: R. Davis - Generated a lot of plays and made some good chances for himself and team mates. Buries one from a nice free kick.
1st Star: C. Roussos - Golden boot winner of 2002/03 sends home a goal and played well all game in all zones.
