Summary:
A goal in the middle of the 2nd half was enough to inspire CheckMeOut to a comeback tonight.
Securing their first point for the season, and lifting themselves off the bottom of the ladder in the process, a rather hungover CheckMeOut took to the field and salvaged a tie, after coming from 2-0 down. Goals from Ashby and Roussos, the latter putting in an amazing strike into the top right corner to knot the game, ensured CheckMeOut leave with a chance of a point, and fabulous goal tending from stand in McDonald saw them gain the point.
Three Stars:
3rd Star: C. Roussos - Struggled after a night on the sauce but managed one of the best goals this season.
2nd Star: L. Ashby - Never stopped trying, even with a niggling injury, picks up the goal which started the comeback.
1st Star: L. McDonald - Easily best on field, put in a very solid effort, not making any real mistakes during the game, and keeping Ethnics at bay all night.
